Join NHS Trusts from across England and Wales for a community-led webinar on the future of phlebotomy bookings.

Your phlebotomy booking system could be costing your trust thousands of pounds, hundreds of hours—and frustrating your patients in the process.

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust (RWT) has been there.

That’s why Laura Meecham, Matron at The RWT, is joining us to share how her team delivered on QIPP objectives by modernising patient access and streamlining phlebotomy management.

By moving away from a legacy system that wasn’t built for phlebotomy, they’ve:

• Cut costly SMS use by 88%
• Saved £43,000 a year
• Improved and automated patient check-in
• Improved triage, freed up staff, and streamlined patient flow
• Enhanced the patient experience with a more accessible, NHS-compliant booking journey—complete with guidance messaging, a clean UI, and pathway limiters.

Join us on the 17th of July to hear the full story.

Insights From Across The NHS:

You’ll also hear from other phlebotomy teams—including Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board—as we share how they’ve:

• Achieved over £120K in annual savings
• Cut complaints by 80%
• Delivered a 62% channel shift—reducing reliance on costly contact routes
• Improved access, reduced no-shows, and increased flexibility through better patient communication tools

We’ll be sharing more about the other participating organisations soon—so sign up below to stay in the loop.
